Pick up a set of papers in a folder on top of a few filing cabinets in a corner of this big room, then put them back into an open drawer. A phone will ring after the enemies have been defeated pick it up to learn that the prisoners currently being held nearby will be returned to Eisenwald soon. Enemy batons can be taken as armor pickups. Doing so will give you an opportunity to take down every other enemy in this general area without being detected, including the Kampfhund. Jump to the next rooftop and open a window on the far right so you can stealthily take someone down from behind. There's more armor in a box by the window leading outside. Return to the upper floor and use the laser cutter to enter the next room, then cut the fence in the upper right corner by the window to get to a (2/4) Gold Frame. Head up the stairs and charge the laser cutter with a charging station on the wall, then go back to the ground floor and cut a hole through one of the fences there so you can reach a (1/4) Gold Plate. Pull one out of a nearby machine and take this thing with you back to where you came in.
In another room is a strange machine on a table, which needs a battery. When you're inside, break open the crates you landed on for some armor. Continue outside and slide down a pole towards the roof of a shorter building and head inside through a hatch. When she leaves, walk along the rooftop and hop into another hotel room to find (1/1) Erdmann's Letter. Look outside and Anya will tell you a plan to get into Eisenwald: Hop onto the roof of a transport truck and you'll be able to get all the way inside.
